Overview:
- Team members from South Orange – Maplewood Public Schools, PureTek Group, and Sal Electric conducted a pre-con meeting at Seth Boyden Elementary School
- Discussed and confirmed locations for material deliveries at Seth Boyden Elementary School. As per request, material deliveries will be labeled for the ‘Stage Lighting Project.’
- Scope of work was reviewed. South Orange – Maplewood Public Schools requested following additions which PureTek accepted and will provide at no additional charge.
- Add additional DMX position for back of house in addition to existing at FOH position.
- Add a third electric over stage position so that the existing LED stage lights can be used for cyclorama lighting.
What’s Next?
- PureTek Group to provide schedules for material deliveries, rigging, and labor.
