Alexandra is our in-house compliance extraordinaire. With a J.D. degree from Seton Hall School of Law and a B.S. degree in Behavioral Science from Drew University, she provides a voice of reason to PureTek’s mad scientists as we push the envelope of innovation. Since the company's inception, she has overseen all legal matters, corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property. When she's not in the office, Lexie loves spending time with her family, reading at the beach, cooking, and visiting art museums. She's also passionate about providing pro bono legal assistance through Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.    One of her personal goals is to learn more about how light affects people's health. She loves working at PureTek because of the incredible team of dedicated and reliable personnel and the company's ability to pivot and adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.  

Andy is our forward-thinking A/V Engineer with a passion for technology and an insatiable curiosity for learning new things. With vast experience in theatrical systems and live sound, Andy has become the go-to guy for any A/V project.  His passion for technology is what drives him to implement complex systems from integrated one-touch controls to IMAX theaters to perfectly calibrated sound systems. As an avid eSports advocate, he is proud to have spearheaded PureTek’s eSports gaming initiatives.   What sets this company apart for Andy is the family-like environment and the collective pursuit of raising the bar and thinking big. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring new places with different cultures, reading, and coding.  

With over 10 years of experience in the lighting industry and a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, Dan is passionate about creating positive impact through technology.   Dan ensures the company stays true to its mission of creating human-centric solutions. He loves educating customers and industry peers through writing articles, lecturing at conferences, and creating dynamic educational content. He aims to live a life surrounded by people with high integrity, creativity, passion, and uniqueness.    He's excited to continue pushing boundaries and making a positive impact in the education and entertainment industries, and truly thinks his team rocks.  Outside of work, you'll find him hitting the slopes or hiking the mountains in the Pacific Northwest, nerding out to an audiobook/podcast, and practicing and teaching yoga and meditation. 

Our Operations Manager for nearly two years, Felicia is the glue of our team. With a degree in Developmental Psychology and over a decade of office and restaurant experience, Felicia brings a unique perspective to her role.  Felicia enjoys wearing multiple hats, helping with everything from purchasing to HR, and takes pride in her contributions to the company. Outside of work, she adores spending time with her family, watching reality TV, and going to the beach.   Felicia's drive comes from creating a great life for her family and growing professionally with the company. She takes pride in revamping the HR department and growing along with the team. Her passion for helping others is woven into her work and her ability to deliver straight forward insight keeps us on track and moving ahead.  

Mike has his degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University - a testament to his technical acumen which he brings to the table in his role overseeing operations and management.   Outside of work, Mike enjoys skiing, hockey, and running, but his true passion lies in creating, inspiring, and developing on both a technological and personnel level. He is proud of his role in putting together our amazing team and encouraging and supporting their accomplishments.  As a company we dedicate ourselves to being trend-setters and are committed to keeping our customers informed. With Mike at the helm of operations, we are confident in our ability to stay ahead of the curve and deliver the best possible service to our clients. 

With over 30 years of experience in the lighting world, most recently as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Altman Lighting, we're thrilled to have Mike T. and his experience on board. Since joining our team, Mike T. has focused on driving the company's growth by leveraging his experience and connections to help take the company to the next level. He is excited and passionate about being a part of something challenging conventions and stretching the limits. What sets the company apart for him is the driven and focused team who work collaboratively towards a common goal - with respect, support, and a love of a good challenge. When he's not working, Mike enjoys spending time in the pool and with his two boys, participating in their swim, basketball, and baseball events. 

With a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Technology & Design and over 15 years of expertise in Live Sound Engineering, Lighting Design, and Production Management, Mike Van Vliet steps into his role as Puretek Group's Lighting & Audio/Visual Technician with confidence and zeal.

Mike is thrilled by the chance to fuse his engineering background with his passion for theater technology, especially education. In his role, Mike handles onsite work, system setup, testing, maintenance, and provides training. Beyond work, he enjoys photography and dance, finding inspiration in creativity.

Driven by his passion for growth, Mike is excited to contribute to Puretek's commitment to delivering top-tier technology in education. With his experience and dedication, Puretek is excited to have Mike as part of the team. 

With over a decade's experience in TV production and six years in the marketing industry, Norguia brings a wide range of skills to her role at Puretek Group. Her creative journey seamlessly blends storytelling and strategic brand development, culminating in a diverse skill set that sets her apart. Beyond work, she finds joy in exploring the world with her son and husband, expressing her creativity through designing handbags using indigenous fabrics, and advocating for the Filipino American community. Norguia's passion for innovation and education led her to Puretek Group, where she plays a key role in web design, content creation, and designing impactful marketing collateral. Here, she finds herself in a community that shares her values and embraces transformative ideas.

Sam Bloch, Technical Assistant at Puretek Group, is the friendly face clients encounter during on-site visits. Sam ensures a seamless experience, bridging the gap between client visions and technical implementations. His focus on client satisfaction and adaptability makes him a crucial asset, ensuring top-notch service at every project site. Tabby Harris, Puretek Group's Admin Assistant, seamlessly blends organizational prowess with a love for words. Managing emails, bookkeeping, and more, Tabby excels in her dynamic role.
Outside work, Tabby is a self-published author, finding joy in authors like JRR Tolkien and Rosemary Sutcliff. With pride in her novel "Southpaw" and anticipation for "Wolfgang," she embraces literary pursuits with a goal of self-publishing nine novels. She also loves being active with her church, bringing friends together, and coffee.

Tiago has a BE and ME in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union and brings his expertise along with a passion for R&D and developing next-generation products to the team. When there's a difficult technical problem that needs solving, Tiago truly is a magician.  His work is critical in our ability to stay at the helm of cutting-edge solutions and to problem solve for our customers. He is equally adept at diving deeply into the details of a microprocessor as he is creating integrations in large complex systems.  Tiago takes pride in being part of a company where the work he does truly matters and helps steer its future. Outside of work, he enjoys tinkering with vintage audio equipment (he's currently tackling a vinyl player from the 80s) and is an avid cyclist, hiker, and camper.
