Members On-Site Include:
- Sean Bateman – Facilities Team @ Plainfield High School
- Laurie Degen – Lighting Designer @ PureTek Group
Overview:
- Delivered Pliant Technologies CrewCom Professional Wireless Intercom materials on site. Materials are being stored in a closet near the theater.
- Took detailed measurements in booth and discussed details regarding opening wall to create proper control room. Sean Sutton, via phone call, relayed that the space must first be checked for asbestos before conducting demo work. Laurie Degen recommended marking out the opening to the wall prior to demo.
- Conducted additional measurements in auditorium, black box theater, and Esports arena
- Reviewed current status on demo work in auditorium, black box theater, and Esports arena
What’s Next?
- Demo work will conclude.
- Deliveries will continue arriving on site.
- Measurements will be used to support material ordering and contracting team.
