Overview:
The pre-con meeting marked an important step in the eSports, auditorium, and blackbox theater projects at Plainfield High School. The engagement of Puretek Group, Plainfield HS representatives, and key partners reflects a strong commitment to delivering successful outcomes. With the docu-series project underway and comprehensive measurements completed, the project is off to a promising start, set to leave a lasting impact on the school and its community.
Key Highlights:
– Presentation of Pre-Con Plan: Puretek Marketing Group presented the pre-con plan for the Esports, iMax, and Black Box projects. The plan outlined the objectives of each project, ensuring a clear understanding among all stakeholders.
– Docu-Series Project Introduction: The docu-series project, aimed at documenting the entire process of the eSports, auditorium, and blackbox theater projects from start to finish, was introduced. This initiative will provide an in-depth view of the project’s development, milestones, and impact on the school community.
– Interviews with Key Personnel: During the meeting, interviews were conducted with Sean Sutton, Project Manager/Facilities and Grounds Coordinator, Janet Pini of DMR Architects, and Puretek COO Mike Litvin. These interviews aimed to gather insights on their roles, expectations, and vision for the projects, as well as their overall commitment to their successful implementation.
– Final Measurements by the Design Team: The Design Team took the opportunity to conduct advanced measurements of the auditorium, eSports, and blackbox theater spaces. These measurements will serve as a foundation for the subsequent design and submittals.

- Maintain collaboration with Plainfield HS representatives, and partners.
PureTek Group team members plan on being joined by representatives from Northeast Stage at Plainfield HS next week to further investigate rigging requirements and design plans.
