Overview:
- Primary focus of the meeting was to review project progress and create solutions for engineering challenges presented during install.
- Worked with Plainfield custodial staff to search storage areas and other spaces in the Plainfield HS facility for unaccounted delivered materials. Missing Esports rack was discovered and delivered to Room 148 by Plainfield team.
- Timelines were discussed. Esports electrical labor is expected to be complete in 2-3 weeks with labor starting in the auditorium initiating towards the end of Esports work. Progress continues to be made in Room 200.
What’s Next?
- A PureTek team member will be on site on 12/4 to organize on-site inventory as to support labor and continue searching for unaccounted delivered materials. We will continue to work with the Plainfield HS team to track down missing materials and make a plan to replace these components.
- Weekly on-site meetings will continue every Friday morning starting at 10am through the installation process to ensure progress continues at a rapid pace and installation is performed at the expected level of professionalism and proficiency.
- Recording for the next episode of the project docu-series is expected to take place during next Friday’s on-site.
