Barone Engineering Joins BRRHS Theater Upgrade Project
As of Monday August 7, we have entered into a formal agreement with Barone Engineering Associates for their review and PE stamp on our submittal drawings. As everyone is aware the electrical permit has been on hold ever since the Bridgewater Electrical Inspector has requested that the submitted drawings are stamped/sealed. Barone and our firm will work to expedite the completion of the review and signing & sealing of PE drawings. We may require one to two site visits and our team will reach out to coordinate accordingly.
Even though the request for the PE stamp is an unexpected turn of events outside of our control and PE costs are not included in our proposal, PureTek Group has made the decision to have fully handle the additional costs for the PE review. Laura and our firm have been working for over 5 years to get these upgrades approved and we will not let one Inspector ruin the wonderful working relationship our firm has with your School District.
8/22/23 Update:
Barone Engineering has concluded a comprehensive review of provided drawings and submittal information. Yesterday we received a list of 9 requests for further information and responded by day’s end. Barring additional requests, we expect the review to be concluded shortly and will update the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District accordingly.
