ETCP Certified Rigger / Rigging Division Lead

Job Type: Full-time (Mon to Fri)

Work Location: In Person (Boonton, NJ)

PureTek Group is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced ETCP-certified rigger to help launch and lead our new Rigging Division.

What You’ll Do

  • Build systems, processes, and eventually your own team
  • Perform rigging inspections and field work during the startup phase
  • Bid takeoffs and estimates
  • Design drawings & submittals
  • Work closely with our marketing team to help increase workload and market presence
  • Collaborate with our engineering and technical teams on complex projects
  • Help establish PureTek as a trusted name in entertainment and production rigging
  • Lead the development and growth of our brand new rigging division

What We’re Looking For

  • Current ETCP Rigging Certification preferred
  • Candidates actively pursuing ETCP certification will also be considered if they have a clear and realistic plan to obtain it
  • Strong knowledge of rigging systems and inspection standards
  • Leadership mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Someone motivated to grow a division, not just fill a position
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with company leadership and support teams
