Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time (Mon to Fri)

Work Location: In Person (Boonton, NJ). Open to Remote.

PureTek Group is growing, and we are looking for a motivated sales professional who wants to help expand a fast-moving company into new markets and new opportunities.
We are not looking for someone to simply submit a resume and list previous jobs.
We want you to sell us on why we should hire you.

Our company is based in New Jersey, but we are open to the right candidate being located elsewhere if they can help us grow strategically in new territories.

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, self-driven, and hungry to build something bigger than just another sales job. We are looking for someone who can:
  • Develop new client relationships
  • Generate and close new business opportunities
  • Identify expansion opportunities and untapped markets
  • Represent the PureTek brand professionally
  • Work closely with leadership to help shape company growth strategy
  • Help develop long-term customer partnerships

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales or business development experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in entertainment systems, Edutainment, AV, rigging, engineering, or related industries is a plus — but not required
  • Someone who wants to grow with the company, not just work for one

Compensation is flexible and will depend on experience, performance, and what you bring to the table. We are open to discussing:
